1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://sanddora.com, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms, you may not access or use our Services.

This website and online store are operated by Sanddora (Sándor Dóra EV), a sole proprietorship based in Hungary.
3. Products and Availability
We currently offer handcrafted leather bags designed and made by us. In the near future, we intend to expand our range with accessories such as leather belts, wallets, and glasses cases. All products are available while supplies last. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (or HUF, where applicable) and include VAT where applicable. We accept online card payments through a secure provider (e.g., Stripe). No PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or in-person cash payments are accepted.
Personal pickup in Budapest may be arranged by appointment. In such cases, payment must be completed in advance online.
5. Shipping
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping partners may vary depending on the country of destination. Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and tracking availability will be communicated during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at sanddoradesign@gmail.com.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns should be sent to:

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
