Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanddora. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you have the right to return it under the conditions described below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This applies to all non-custom items.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sanddoradesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sanddoradesign@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original one and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon receipt at sanddoradesign@gmail.com.
We will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, including return shipping costs in such cases.

7. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

  • Sale items or gift cards
