We offer free shipping to all countries within the European Union. Shipping providers and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and availability.

1. Shipping

  • Shipping cost: Free within the EU.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Hungary: 2–5 business days

    • Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

  • We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider based on availability and best service for the destination.

  • Some products may only be eligible for home delivery due to size or value.

  • We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched.

2. Personal Pickup in Budapest

  • Personal pickup can be arranged in Budapest upon prior agreement.

  • Payment must be completed in advance via our online store.

  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments (via Shopify’s payment provider, e.g., Stripe)

No bank transfer or cash on delivery is accepted. Please contact us in advance if you have specific payment concerns.
